Rudd-Bunda Street intersection at Northbourne Avenue 20 February 8:00pm - 6:00am

  • No right-turn into Bunda Street from Northbourne Avenue (northbound)
  • No through access between Bunda Street and Rudd Street
  • No right turn onto Northbourne Avenue rom Bunda Street
  • No right-turn from Barry Drive onto Northbourne Avenue
  • Detour via Mort Street and Cooyong Street or Alinga and Moore Street

Masson Street, Turner 18 - 23 February - 24 hours a day.

  • No access onto Northbourne Avenue from Masson Street
  • No access into Masson Street from Northbourne Avenue
  • Detours via Gould Street, Turner

Morphett Street, Dickson 16 - 23 February

  • No right-turn into Morphett Street from Northbourne Avenue
  • No left-turn into Morphett Street from Northbourne Avenue
  • No access to Northbourne Avenue from Morphett Street
  • Detour via U-turn at Antill-Mouat Street intersection (northbound) or Wakefield-Macarthur Avenue intersection (southbound)

Mutltiple intersectins closed from 17 - 23 February

The following intersections will be closed to all southbound and northbound right-turning and crossroad traffic 8pm - 6pm each night:

  • Lysaght Street
  • Mitchell Resource Centre
  • Randwick Road
  • EPIC
  • Phillip Avenue
  • Swinden
  • Morphett and Murdoch Street
  • Macarthur-Wakefield Avenues
  • Masson-Girrahween Street
  • Elouera-Gould Street

​​​​The project team will ensure the number of machines operating at the same time is limited and equipment turned off when not in use. Non-tonal reversing beepers will be used* and workers will be instructed to keep noise to a minimum. 

These works are designed to transform Canberra, making it more accessible and to provide greater commuter connectivity across an integrated public transport network. We appreciate the continued patience of the public and the support of the Canberra community as we carry out these works.
